Sustainability and fairness are at the heart of morena isabel. We prioritize natural and, whenever possible, organic fabrics, aiming for a low carbon footprint. With a commitment to slow fashion and conscious consumption, we are driven to always create comfortable, minimalistic and high-quality garments.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to offer you the most beautiful clothes in a sustainable way. Guided by the principles of transparency and eco-consciousness, we create each garment by hand in our Zurich studio. Our goal is to provide you with high-quality, timeless pieces that make you feel confident.
What makes us unique is our dedication to crafting each piece by hand in our Zurich Atelier. We source fabrics mindfully, offer custom fit options, and sell directly in our store, promoting a “Züri Made” experience.
Our commitment to customer satisfaction goes beyond design. We focus on comfort, use the softest fabrics, and provide free repairs on all our products. We’re always open to discussions, inviting you to join us on our journey.
TEAM
Morena Isabel Rüfenacht, the creative force behind the brand, oversees all aspects of the company, from designing new collections and marketing to sourcing fabrics and planning new projects. The core team includes Tilla and Sophia, skilled tailors responsible for clothing production, and Melanie, a dedicated trainee contributing to various tasks.

TILLA
Trained Seamstress and Organizer
Calm, sensitive, and always thinks of everything and everyone. She is really fast at sewing and her organizing skills are amazing
Hobbies: Enjoys playing badminton, loves knitting and crocheting. And is riding her bike even when it's pouring rain
Favorite garment to wear: Prefers the Aria Crop Top for its year-round versatility. Can even be worn in winter under a sweater
Favorite garment to sew: She
doesn’t have a favorite pieces to sew, she likes the variety

SOPHIA
Customer Advisory and Seamstress
Excellent at customer advisory, empathetic, and a good listener. She has a good eye for body shapes and colors.
Hobbies: Enjoys baking, reading to clear her mind, and dancing ballet

Favorite garment to sew:Her favourite piece to sew is the Alma Coat, she likes to challenge herself and sew details like pockets and slits
Leisure: Enjoys the atmosphere and the foodtrucks at Freiruum in Zug

MELANIE
Fast Adapting and Resilient Seamstress
Super chill, curious, and quickly adapts to processes. Good at working concentrated and under pressure
Hobbies: Enjoys listening to music, loves her dog, and has a soft spot for the sea and sunsets
Favorite garment to wear: Prefers the Bella Pants in black for its versatility. It's great for chilling at home, for nightouts or for elegant dinners.
Favorite garment to sew: Her favourite piece to sew is the Virgo or Oak blouse because it's complex and the result depends on accurancy
